Fluent in French
Fluent in the language spoken in the destination country (e.g. English, Spanish, German or Korean)
Confident, organised and naturally good with people
Responsible, calm under pressure, and quick to problem-solve
Experienced working with young people (teacher, camp leader, scout leader, sports coach etc.)
Excited by travel and international experiences (you’ve travelled/studied/lived abroad — or you’re keen to!)
21 years old minimum
Preparation
Before travelling, selected Course Leaders will receive a project briefing covering program requirements, safety standards and logistical information.
Services are provided on a freelance basis. Course Leaders are not employed by EF, are responsible for their own taxes and social security, and provide services are provided under a contractor arrangement.

« Depuis le premier en bleu en 2012 jusqu’au sixième en rose en 2017, je peux dire sans aucun doute que les 6 plus beaux étés de ma vie, EF me les a donnés.
Je suis heureuse d’avoir la tête remplie de souvenirs, je suis fière d’avoir rencontré certains de mes amis les plus proches, et je suis reconnaissante d’avoir grandi et de m’être épanouie tout en ayant progressé en anglais et appris chaque jour sur les autres et sur moi-même.
J’ai vu des adolescents grandir, tomber amoureux, être inspiré et captivé... et continuer à l’être après leur séjour. J’ai eu la chance de voir la fenêtre à Malte, de surfer en Californie, de monter dans le London Eye au coucher du soleil, de danser la country en Floride mais aussi d’être propulsée dans Harry Potter à Oxford... Je me suis marrée avec Alex d’Autriche, j’ai fait les montagnes russes avec Caytlin des États Unis, chanté un karaoké avec Pablo d’Espagne et me suis déguisée en super héros avec Robert de Suède.
Je referai ce summer job chaque été, encore et encore... »
